Sample Charts

      For more than a dozen years, I offered sample charts to stitchers through this site for fun and as a reward for visiting this site.  If I add them up (even the sample series that went on to become published charts) it is over 75 designs!


     Sadly, these samples have also been abused, shared illegally, made into kits and sold illegally as well as hosted on sites without my permission.  This “sharing mentality” has pretty much killed the industry that I became a part of in 1993.  Just look up cross stitch patterns on sites like Picasa or Multiply to see just how bad the problem has become.      The Google Ads on this page help support the cost of keeping these charts here for stitchers.  Starting in September of 2008 our older sample charts are being moved to PatternsOnline so that you can still get your claws on them for a small fee.  Any special sample charts for fun will be limited time offers through our newsletter for a specific amount of time before being moved to PatternsOnline.  I blame those who abused copyright for taking the joy out of creating these series for honest stitchers.


     Enjoy the samples that have remained on our site and please respect the copyright of any older samples that you may have printed out for your own enjoyment if they have disappeared from this page.     


HOPE

    This dragon HOPE was created to be a ray of hope in our sometimes weary world.  This chart MAY be shared electronically with others, printed out or included in newsletters, but not made into kits or sold

A SPOT OF TEA

    This tiny dragon, named SPOT,  in a tea cup was too cute not to leave here for stitchers to enjoy, especially when the days are colder and a mug of tea is the perfect thing to warm your hands around before you stitch!


DRAGON LOVE
